SMS terms

Effective September 25, 2026. The Prestige Auto Transport LLC text messaging program covers vehicle transport quotes, pickup and delivery coordination, scheduling changes and customer support.

Your choice to receive texts

SMS is optional and consent is not a condition of purchasing transport services. To request texts, select the optional SMS checkbox on our transport request form, review the prepared email and send it to us. Checking the box or preparing a draft alone does not send consent. Keep the consent paragraph in the email if you want text updates. Our team must receive and record your request before starting messages.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your enquiry or shipment. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. SMS service is subject to availability and activation; an enquiry does not guarantee immediate text delivery.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact prestigeautotransport26@gmail.com or (315) 394-1432. You can still use email or phone for your transport needs.

Your number and delivery

Only provide a number you are authorized to use. Let us know if your number changes. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text messages for emergencies.

Privacy

We do not provide your mobile details or SMS consent to other companies for their marketing. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information and use service providers for delivery.
